  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth to deglaze, then stir in heavy cream, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, then add spinach and cook until wilted. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer briefly.
  • Serve immediately, pairing with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or herbs before serving.
