Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
