A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and sear chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds. Add cream and broth, stir.
  • Add Italian seasoning and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer 1 minute.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to thicken.
