A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1.5 lbs)

fresh garlic, minced

heavy cream

low-sodium chicken broth

butter

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter and sear chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds. Add cream and broth, stir.
Add Italian seasoning and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer 1 minute.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to thicken.
