Instructions
Cook rice in water or broth until tender, keep warm.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve shrimp and sauce over rice, garnish with fresh herbs.
