A refreshing and creamy cucumber salad flavored with fresh dill, perfect for a light side dish or summer meal.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar ((or to taste))
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 English cucumbers English cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced

Instructions 

  • Mix sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  • Add sliced cucumbers and red onion; toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill the salad for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
