Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Shuck the corn and cut the kernels off the cob.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn kernels, chopped onion, green onion, cilantro, cheddar cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss everything together until well coated and season to taste.
