Instructions
In a bowl, whip Neufchatel cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fluffy.
Add sour cream and vanilla, blend, and chill.
Combine water and lemon juice in a bowl. Dice apples and soak briefly.
Mix apples with 3/4 of walnuts, cranberries, and cheese mixture.
Toss to coat and top with remaining walnuts and cranberries. Serve chilled.
Notes
Best served chilled within an hour for optimal freshness.
