Cream Sauce

Cheese

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and vegetables. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream and reduce cheese.
