Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
