Instructions
Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato purée, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, paprika, and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Mix cooked pasta with sauce, add cream and mustard, stir well. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
Notes
For a richer flavor, simmer the sauce longer and garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
