Ingredients

Pasta

  • 227 grams rotini pasta (or other short pasta shape)

Bacon

  • 240 grams cooked bacon, chopped

Cheese

  • 113 grams cheddar cheese, shredded (sharp or mild)

Vegetables

  • 75 grams green onions, chopped
  • 150 grams frozen peas, thawed

Dressings

  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 120 grams ranch dressing
  • 15 grams dijon mustard
  • 15 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 5 grams salt
  • 0.5 grams pepper
  • 1.5 grams garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, ranch dressing, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Combine cooled pasta, bacon, cheese, green onions, and peas with the dressing, and toss gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
