A flavorful and hearty side dish combining wild rice, sweet potatoes, cranberries, and pecans for a festive touch.
Ingredients
Broth and Rice

chicken broth

wild rice blend

dried parsley

Sweet Potatoes and Aromatics

Instructions
Bring chicken broth to a boil, add rice and seasonings. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Saute sweet potatoes in olive oil until tender, about 15 minutes. Add onion and cook until translucent.
Stir in cranberries and pecans, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Combine the rice and sweet potato mixture, fluff, garnish with parsley, and serve.
