Instructions
Activate the yeast in warm water with honey until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Mix the yeast mixture with flour, salt, cranberries, and pecans; knead until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased pan; let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
