Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray 32 mini muffin cups.
Mix dry ingredients and orange zest in a bowl.
Whisk melted butter, egg whites, vanilla extract, and vanilla crème stevia. Add yogurt and orange juice.
Alternate adding dry mixture and milk to the wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in cranberries.
Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.
