Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cast iron skillet.
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Chill.
Combine sugar, starch, cinnamon, salt, apples, and almond extract; fill skillet and top with crumble.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool before serving.
