A refreshing and healthy salad combining creamy cottage cheese with crisp cucumber and fresh dill, perfect for a light snack or side dish.

Instructions
Wash and dice the cucumber into small, uniform pieces. Pat dry.
Finely chop the dill and set aside some sprigs for garnish.
Combine cottage cheese, cucumber, and dill in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and olive oil; gently mix.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with dill sprigs.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
