Instructions
Shred the cabbage, grate or julienne the carrot, and chop the green onion. Toss vegetables in a bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to combine.

Adjust sweetness with more honey or sugar as desired.
