A refreshing and flavorful noodle salad with a creamy tahini sauce, perfect for a quick, healthy meal.

Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth, then taste and adjust seasonings.
Combine noodles, veggies, and sauce; toss and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Feel free to add more lime juice or sriracha for extra flavor.
