Noodles

Asian noodles of your choice

Gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)

sesame seeds

chopped spring onion

chopped garlic

soy sauce

white vinegar

peanut sesame paste

Instructions
Combine Gochugaru, sesame seeds, spring onion, and garlic in a heatproof bowl.
Heat vegetable oil until shimmering, then pour over spice mixture.
Add soy sauce and vinegar, stirring to combine.
Mix peanut sesame paste with water until smooth.
Combine sauces, cook noodles, rinse in cold water, then drain and place in a bowl.
Pour sauce over noodles, top with cucumber and sesame seeds, then serve.
Notes
Adjust the amount of Gochugaru for desired spice level.
