  • 1 tsp lime juice (Fresh lime is suggested.)
  • 2 cloves garlic (Fresh is best, but jarred can be used.)
  • 1 tsp ginger (Fresh preferred for better flavor.)

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked rice (Use jasmine, basmati, or brown rice; cauliflower rice for low-carb.)

Cooking oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or coconut oil) (For cooking, adds flavor.)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
