A refreshing and crunchy salad combining crisp apples, celery, grapes, and toasted nuts, all coated in a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tart green apple green apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 1 sweet red apple red apple (e.g., Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1 cup diced celery (2 stalks)
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped

Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add apples, celery, grapes, and nuts; stir to coat.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then serve over lettuce if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more nuts or grapes.
