A refreshing and crunchy salad combining apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts, dressed in a creamy yogurt-mayo mixture.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons greek yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Main ingredients

  • 2 green apples green apples (diced)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup whole walnuts or pecans (toasted and roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Optional for serving

  • butter lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey to make the dressing.
  • Combine apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, parsley, salt, and dressing in a large bowl; toss to coat.
