A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for gatherings or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Pasta Salad Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3/4 cup italian dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  • Combine pasta with all the vegetables and cheese in a large bowl.
  • Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad chill overnight.
