Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz Fettuccine (Cooked to al dente)

Seafood

  • 1 lb Shrimp (Peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz Sausage (Sliced)

Dairy & Cheese

  • 3 tbsp Butter (Unsalted)
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Gruyere Cheese (Freshly grated)

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 1 large Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Green Pepper (Diced) Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Pepper (Diced) Red Pepper
  • 5 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)

Instructions 

  • Sauté diced onion, green pepper, red pepper, and minced garlic in butter until fragrant and vegetables are tender.
  • Add sliced sausage and shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • Pour in heavy cream, add Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in grated Gruyere cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Combine cooked pasta and halved cherry tomatoes; toss to coat and serve hot.

Notes
