A delicious and creamy coleslaw perfect for picnics and gatherings, combining fresh cabbage and carrots with a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 medium green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed (optional)

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
