mayonnaise

Instructions
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then tear into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add croutons and half of the grated Parmesan to the lettuce, drizzle with dressing, and toss gently.
Transfer to serving plates and top with additional Parmesan if desired.
Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
