Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta and prepare sauce with tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and seasonings.
Mix cooked pasta with ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and sauce.
Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
