Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2/3 cup vanilla or plain yogurt

Fruits

  • 2-3 orange varieties peeled and sliced oranges (blood orange, Sumo Mandarin, Tangelo, Cara Cara Orange, Ruby Red Grapefruit)

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 0.5 tablespoon mint (thinly sliced)

Additional Toppings

  • to taste honey
  • homemade granola
  • handful almonds
  • handful walnuts
  • handful pecans
  • shaved coconut shaved coconut
  • a handful blueberries (natural pairing to orange, soak up orange juice flavor)

Instructions
