A moist and flavorful banana bread with a cinnamon swirl, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Batter

mashed ripe banana
(about 4 bananas)

unsalted butter, melted

granulated sugar

dark brown sugar

ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mix melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour and baking soda, then mashed bananas.
Prepare cinnamon swirl by mixing cinnamon and sugars; add melted butter if too thick.
Layer 1/4 of batter in pan, swirl with 1 tbsp cinnamon mixture, then repeat layers, finishing with swirl and banana slices on top.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter to keep the bread moist and tender.
