A deliciously sweet and cinnamon-spiced pull-apart bread that's perfect for sharing. Easy to prepare with refrigerated pizza dough.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 26.8 ounces refrigerated pizza crusts (2 cans)
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk (and more as needed)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃).
  • Roll dough into 12x16-inch rectangles.
  • Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spread over dough.
  • Cut into 12 pieces and layer in a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 200℉ (93℃).

Notes

Cover with foil if top browns too quickly during baking.
