A fresh and flavorful chicken salad with cilantro and lime, perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or over greens.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 Lb Boneless (Skinless Chicken Breast, (cooked & chopped))
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small Lime Juice of 1 Small Lime ((approx 2 TB))
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt/Pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  • Serve over salad or rice. Also makes great wraps and sandwiches.

Notes

Use fresh cilantro for the best flavor.
