Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot and cook onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes for 5-7 minutes.

Add corn, creamed corn, chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Stir in heavy cream, heat through without boiling, then serve hot garnished with parsley if desired.
