Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium apples (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 medium bananas (sliced)
  • 2 medium kiwis (sliced)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions 

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  • Dice apples and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Slice strawberries, bananas, and kiwis; add to a bowl.
  • Add grapes, pineapple, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Whisk yogurt, whipped cream, and honey; fold into fruits.
  • Top with pecans and coconut; chill before serving.
