Instructions
Mix softened butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until combined.
Add shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and salt; mix into a thick mixture.
Spoon mixture onto parchment, shape into eggs, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Dip eggs in melted chocolate, place on parchment, and freeze for 10 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle sea salt.
