Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce

Wraps

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Sauces & Condiments

  • 3 tablespoons chipotle mayo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix chipotle sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; coat chicken.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  • Rest chicken, then slice into strips.
  • Warm tortillas in skillet; spread chipotle mayo.
  • Add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese; roll into wraps.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add your favorite toppings.
