Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, garlic, bell pepper, and onion; cook until beef is browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Add chili powder, salt, pepper, beef broth, macaroni, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Simmer until macaroni is tender, about 9-10 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted, then garnish with parsley and serve.
