Instructions
Marinate shrimp with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook until pink and opaque.
Juice the limes and mix with honey, remaining olive oil, and chopped red chilies to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and chopped avocado.
Add cooked shrimp to the salad and drizzle with lime dressing. Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra lime or chili if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp longer or add fresh herbs like cilantro.
