  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.25 cup lime juice (plus zest of one lime)

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1 lime lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Whisk lime juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt to make marinade.
  • Add shrimp to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cook shrimp in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes
