  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest (zest of 1 lime)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lime juice/zest, and spices. Marinate shrimp for 10 minutes.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers or place directly on grill.
  • Grill for 5 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes.
  • Serve in tacos, salads, or with rice.
