Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned; add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili beans, and seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix cornbread batter with milk, eggs, corn, and cheese.
Spread chili mixture in a casserole dish, top with cornbread batter, and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden.
Garnish with shredded cheese, green onions, and serve with sour cream.
Notes
For extra spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the chili mixture.
