Instructions
Cook beef, onion, peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper in a Dutch oven until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon, spices, and water; bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with cilantro, green onions, sour cream, cheese, and jalapeños as desired.
Notes
This chili can be made ahead and tastes even better the next day.
