chickpeas, drained and rinsed

avocado, pitted and diced

feta cheese, crumbled

red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
Combine chickpeas, avocado, feta, red onion, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lime or some diced tomatoes.
