A comforting and hearty dish featuring shredded chicken topped with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables, baked to perfection.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Cook chicken in simmering broth for 15 minutes, then shred and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter, sauté onions for 4 minutes, add garlic and seasonings, cook 1 minute.
Add flour, cook 2 minutes, then gradually stir in chicken broth and half and half to make gravy.
Stir in shredded chicken, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetables; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer filling to a baking dish, top with warm mashed potatoes, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Broil for 4 minutes to brown the top.
Notes
Use a broiler-safe dish for browning the top. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
