A delicious and creamy chicken salad sandwich perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken Salad Ingredients

  • 3 fillets chicken (boneless)
  • 3 stalks celery (diced)
  • 4-5 eggs hardboiled eggs (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Boil chicken in salted water for 30 minutes until tender.
  • Shred chicken with two forks.
  • Add diced celery, eggs, and pickle relish to chicken.
  • Mix mayo, miracle whip, sugar, dill, and vinegar to make dressing.
  • Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve on toast or with crackers.

Notes

Serve with a side of noodles for a complete meal.
