A delicious and creamy chicken salad sandwich perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients

mayonnaise

miracle whip

Instructions
Boil chicken in salted water for 30 minutes until tender.
Shred chicken with two forks.
Add diced celery, eggs, and pickle relish to chicken.
Mix mayo, miracle whip, sugar, dill, and vinegar to make dressing.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve on toast or with crackers.
Notes
Serve with a side of noodles for a complete meal.
