A delicious and creamy chicken salad perfect for sandwiches or as a light meal.
Ingredients
Dressing

mayonnaise

plain greek yogurt

Instructions
Whisk together mayo, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add cooled, chopped chicken to the bowl.
Gently fold in apple, cranberries, and pecans.
Serve as is or on rolls, croissants, or with tomato and lettuce.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using rotisserie chicken.
