Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Add water gradually, knead lightly, shape into disc, wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare filling: cook vegetables and chicken with seasonings, then stir in flour, broth, milk, cream, and peas until thickened.
Pour filling into pie pan, roll out crust, cover, crimp edges, cut slits, and brush with egg wash. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
