Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente; set aside.
Cook chicken in olive oil until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Sauté garlic, then add diced tomatoes and juices; simmer briefly.
Pour in heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Serve hot, garnished with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
