A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

fettuccine pasta (GF if needed)
Chicken

ounces
chicken breasts (6 oz each, cut in half lengthwise)
Seasoning
to taste
Kosher salt & ground pepper
Sauce ingredients

olive oil

cup
milk of choice
1/2
tablespoon
GF flour or cornstarch

garlic (minced)

cream cheese (softened or at room temp)

chicken broth

Parmesan cheese (grated)
Garnish

Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with olive oil until cooked through. Rest and slice.
Whisk milk and flour/cornstarch until smooth. Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add milk mixture, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, then combine with cooked pasta. Top with sliced chicken, parsley, and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use GF pasta and flour or cornstarch.
