Instructions
Pound chicken to ¾ inch thick, then marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest, then dice.
Mix diced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and dressing in a bowl. Toss to combine.
Warm tortillas in microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Assemble wraps by placing filling on tortillas, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Optional: Toast wraps in a skillet with butter or oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
