A creamy and flavorful pasta salad combining rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables, and Alfredo sauce for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta and greens

  • 1 box classic pasta mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cucumber (halved and sliced)
  • 0.5 cup refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves (sliced, plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded, skinless)

Seasoning and topping packets

  • 1 packet seasoning packet (included with pasta salad mix)
  • 1 packet topping packet (included with pasta salad mix)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package; drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Mix seasoning packet with Alfredo sauce for dressing.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and basil in a bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
  • Sprinkle topping packet over salad and garnish with extra basil if desired.

Notes

Chill before serving for best flavor.
