Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Melt butter in a large pan, whisk in flour, then add milk and cream; simmer until thickened.
Stir in parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until melted.
Add pasta and chicken, combine, then transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and cheese browns. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use part-skim cheese and less butter.
